Right now, Collin Testing is in network with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare / Optum / UBH.

We do not provide estimates for patients with commercial insurance. To get an accurate estimate for the costs of testing, call the number that says member services on the back of your insurance card. Tell them you are interested in doing psychological testing and give them these codes, 1 unit of 90791, 1 unit of 96136, 7 units of 96137, 1 unit of 96130, and 5 units of 96131.

IMPORTANT: You will owe $250 in addition to what is quoted by the insurance company to cover the costs of testing materials and that is not covered by insurance.
